I don’t usually give poor results. I have no idea what I was expecting but there is no coolness from this pad. Did I do something wrong I wonder? I’m really quite disappointed as I bought two!

The pillow pad is made with Velvet IsoCool technology and robustly tested to consistently provide cooling relief activated by pressure and is best used with natural fibre pillow cases such as silk or bamboo. Performance may have been impacted by the extreme temperatures experienced recently, please pair the pillow pad with bamboo pillow cases and try again once the ambient room temperature has returned to normal.
